Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis  budaya Nipopattunu dalam mengatasi kenakalan remaja, khususnya perilaku seks bebas dan kehamilan di luar nikah di SMP Negeri 1 Seko, Kabupaten Luwu Utara. Nipopattunu merupakan salah satu budaya lokal masyarakat Seko yang berfungsi memberikan sanksi adat kepada pelanggar norma, tetapi juga mengandung proses bimbingan moral dan pembinaan sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara,dan  observasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu resuksi data, penyejian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi nilai-budaya Nipopattunu dalam kegiatan pembelajaran dan bimbingan konseling di sekolah berkontribusi signifikan terhadap penguatan kesadaran moral, tanggung jawab, serta pengendalian diri siswa. Implementasi budaya ini terbukti efektif dalam menurunkan bahkan mencegah kembali terjadinya kasus seks bebas atau hamil di luar nikah di sekolah.
