Abstract

Urban farming in Tunjungsekar has grown in tandem with increasing public awareness of the importance of food independence and the economic potential of urban farming. Furthermore, the Kebun Semi Urban Farming Group has successfully developed hydroponic and vertical lettuce cultivation. The community service activities carried out by the Implementation Team are aimed at providing alternative solutions to several problems faced by urban farming group partners. Efforts are made to develop and be able to compete with similar businesses that have already been established and developed, thereby also being able to increase healthy production and quality, and increase partner income. This community service program aims to introduce post-harvest processing technology and provide training to members of the Kebun Semi Urban Farming Group so they can produce innovative products with high economic value. The result of this service is the existence of a stamp/trademark design. This is necessary so that the product has a clear identity and can be recognized by the wider community. Providing training and mentoring on vegetable processing technology. So that products that are not absorbed in the market can be processed into other derivative products that can provide added value and increase income for the Kebun Semi urban farming group. Providing training and mentoring related to marketing management and digital marketing training. So that products can be marketed more widely and make it easier for consumers to make purchases online.
