A. How to Register on OJS

To register as an author in the OJS system:

1. Click the Register button on the homepage.
2. Fill out the registration form:
   • All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
   • The Affiliation field (your university or institution) is also essential, even if not marked as required.
3. Check the following options:
   • Send me a confirmation email...
   • Author (to enable you to submit articles)
4. Click the Register button to complete your registration.

 

B. Submitting a New Journal Article

To submit a manuscript to the journal:

1. Prepare your article file (preferably in .doc format).
2. Go to the User Home page after logging in.
3. Click the New Submission link.
4. Follow the step-by-step submission process:
   • Upload your article file (.doc).
   • Fill in the metadata:
     • Title
     • Abstract
     • References (please provide the complete bibliography)
5. If necessary, upload any additional files (e.g., appendices, data sets).
6. Review the submission summary to make sure all information is correct.
7. Click the Finish Submission button to complete the process.

 

 

Important Notes:
Submitted articles must align with the scope of the journal. Additionally, each manuscript must include a Turnitin similarity report with a minimum similarity index of 20%. Articles that do not meet these requirements will not be processed further.
