Digital Empowerment: Pelatihan Soft Skill dan Teknologi untuk Generasi Madrasah

The training program on soft skills and technology for students of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri Karangasem aimed to enhance communication, collaboration, critical thinking, digital literacy, use of digital tools, and digital security, while fostering an interactive learning environment rooted in Islamic values. Conducted on 18 July 2025, the program involved initial observation through questionnaires to identify student needs, followed by workshops covering theory and practice on effective communication, virtual collaboration, and tools like Google Docs and Canva, as well as digital project simulations such as creating posters and presentations. Analysis was performed by comparing pre- and post-training questionnaire results, direct observation during practice, and participant reflections to evaluate skill improvements. The results showed an average skill improvement of 37.9 percent, with the highest gains in readiness for digital challenges at 55 percent, adaptive communication at 51 percent, and collaboration in technology projects at 50 percent. Eighty-five percent of students demonstrated increased confidence in using technology and participating in digital discussions, while class participation rose by 40 percent, creating a dynamic learning environment. The program also produced a training module and documentation for future program development, supporting students’ readiness for the digital era.
