Pembuatan Sistem Presensi Digital Berbasis QR Code Bagi Peserta Didik di SDN 1 Trebungan

Abstract

QR Code and its application in digital attendance is one of the technologies that has an applicative impact that is widely used today. Understanding this technology is a crucial need for the younger generation, especially in the technology field, to be able to compete in the future. Attendance at SDN 1 Trebungan still uses a manual system, making it less effective in reporting student data. The implementation of a QR Code-based digital attendance system makes recording student attendance easier and more efficient. In addition to introducing the use of QR Code technology, educators are also equipped with how to use the application from the data input process to reporting. The purpose of this Community Service (PkM) activity is to provide insight and practical skills to students about the use of QR Codes in digital attendance systems, so they can be better prepared for the ever-evolving digital era. By integrating these skills into their daily experiences, students can better prepare themselves for technological advances. The methods used in this PkM activity include observation, socialization, and direct practice (trial) by students in using digital attendance with QR Code. The results of the Community Service Program (PKM) activity using a QR Code-based digital attendance system for students at SDN 1 Trebungan can provide new insights and experiences for students and improve the competence/expertise of educators in applying technology, so that the process of creating daily student attendance reports is more organized, easy, fast, and minimizes errors in recording student attendance. This can help schools in modernizing their administrative systems and provide practical solutions for better management of student attendance data.
