SINERGI TEORI KONTRUKTIVISTIK DAN HUMANISTIK DALAM LAYANAN BIMBINGAN KONSELING

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meninjau secara kritis sinergi antara teori belajar konstruktivisme dan teori humanistik dalam mendorong kemandirian belajar peserta didik melalui layanan bimbingan dan konseling. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah studi pustaka (library research) dengan menelaah berbagai literatur relevan dari jurnal nasional dan internasional. Teknik analisis yang digunakan ialah analisis deskriptif kualitatif melalui penafsiran, perbandingan, dan sintesis terhadap pandangan teoretis dan temuan empiris. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa konstruktivisme berperan dalam mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir reflektif, metakognitif, serta tanggung jawab terhadap proses belajar, sedangkan teori humanistik menekankan aktualisasi diri, empati, dan motivasi intrinsik. Integrasi keduanya menghasilkan pendekatan pendidikan yang holistik, mencakup aspek kognitif, afektif, dan spiritual peserta didik. Sinergi ini terbukti efektif meningkatkan kemandirian belajar, karena peserta didik tidak hanya memahami materi, tetapi juga mampu mengatur, mengevaluasi, dan memaknai proses belajar secara sadar. Temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pelatihan bagi guru dan konselor agar mampu menerapkan pendekatan konstruktivistik humanistik secara integratif demi terciptanya pembelajaran yang humanis, reflektif, dan memberdayakan.
