Bullying among high school and vocational school students is a global concern due to its significant psychological, emotional, and social impacts. This study reviews literature to explore the role of coping strategies and emotional stability in mitigating the negative effects of bullying. The integration of psychological theories, such as Erik Erikson’s psychosocial development, Maslow’s hierarchy of needs, and Freud’s structural theory of personality, provides a comprehensive framework for analyzing these phenomena. The findings indicate that adaptive coping strategies, supported by social support from family, peers, and schools, are essential for victims to regain emotional stability. Moreover, programs like holistic school-based interventions, emotional intelligence training, and martial arts practices such as Karate Shotokan enhance resilience against bullying. This study highlights the need for gender-specific, culturally sensitive approaches to improve coping strategies and underscores the importance of emotional and social learning programs in schools.
