Penggunaan Template Jedag-Jedug TikTok Sebagai Inovasi Dalam layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling Untuk Menyalurkan Emosi Siswa

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memahami Penggunaan Template jedag-jedug tiktik sebagai inovasi dalam layanan bimbingan dan konseling dalam menyalurkan emosi siswa. Penelitian ini didasarkan pada fenomena meningkatnya penggunaan media sosial tekhusus tiktok dikalangan remaja sebagai bentuk ekspresi diri. Metode penelitian dengan pendekatan kualitatif teknik wawancara terhadap sepuluh informan, delapan siswa, dua guru BK. Dilakukan kajian literatur terkait penelitian yang relevan dan data di analisis menggunakan analisis tematik. Hasil penelitan menunjukkan penggunaan template jedag-jedug tiktok mampu menjadi sarana penyalur emosi siswa dengan kreatif dan aman. Siswa dapat berekspresi lewat video singkat dengan menyalurkan perasaan sedih, marah, kecewa, atau stres, kemudian dapat dijadikan bahan refleksi dalam sesi konseling kelompok atau individu. Pendekatan ini juga dianggap mampu meningkatkan keterlibatan siswa dalam layanan BK.
