Analisis Kebutuhan Pengembangan E-Brief Counseling Untuk Penguatan Self-Regulated Learning Mahasiswa
Need Analysis of E-Brief Counseling Development for Student’s Self-Regulated Learning Enhancement

Penelitian ini bertujuan memetakan kebutuhan pengembangan media e-brief counseling berbasis solution-focused brief counseling untuk meningkatkan self-regulated learning mahasiswa. Riset menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-eksploratif (need assessment) sebagai tahap awal R&D (Borg & Gall), melibatkan 100 mahasiswa BK UNM dan 8 dosen. Instrumen berupa angket terbuka dan tertutup serta pedoman wawancara. Data kuantitatif dianalisis dengan persentase dan rerata, data kualitatif melalui reduksi, kategorisasi, dan interpretasi tematik. Hasil menunjukkan tantangan signifikan pada kemandirian pemecahan masalah (40% mahasiswa menyatakan sulit), keterbatasan akses/pengetahuan layanan tatap muka (41%), rendahnya pemanfaatan aplikasi konseling (91% belum pernah), serta jarangnya kunjungan ke unit layanan (76%). Ketiadaan layanan berbasis web dirasakan 58% responden, sementara kebutuhan terhadap platform daring disepakati oleh 100% mahasiswa dan 100% konselor; 97% mahasiswa menilai layanan daring memudahkan. Preferensi desain dan konten mengerucut pada fitur yang tersusun rapi (88%), bahasa semi-formal yang mudah dipahami (95%), palet warna lembut/pastel (81%), ilustrasi berbeda per fitur (68%), serta integrasi materi SRL dan tahapan SFBC, termasuk fitur asesmen (disetujui 100% konselor) serta dukungan infrastruktur kampus dinilai memadai. Temuan menegaskan kelayakan dan arah rancangan prototipe layanan konseling berbasis web yang terstruktur, mudah diakses, dan berorientasi solusi untuk penguatan SRL mahasiswa.
