Abstract

This study aims to see the management of strategy and quality of education in Padang Pariaman Regency. The main problems are school age, community economy, community views and support, school governance and community culture. The strategy used is SWOT analysis. This analysis places the situation and conditions as input factors, then grouped according to their respective contributions. Form of policy by implementing an education system such as private schools, the existence of special targets and ongoing coaching. The need for UKM assistance for the community whose development is followed up. There is strict sanctions against educators who are not disciplined and are outside of school during school hours. The principal provides support for teachers to develop human resources, by bringing in various resource persons from various expertise every certain period.
