This study aims to describe the patterns of cyberbullying that occur among elementary school students and identify prevention strategies that can be implemented by schools and parents. Cyberbullying is carried out through digital media such as social media, text messages, or chat applications. By understanding the patterns of cyberbullying more deeply, it is hoped that the results of this study can make a real contribution in designing effective policies and educational programmes, so that the digital learning environment for elementary school students can be a place that supports the development of their character and achievement optimally. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The research was conducted in primary schools in Maros Regency. Based on the data obtained through distributing questionnaires to 21 grade 6 elementary school students at SDN 232 Inpres Marusu, as well as interviews with teachers and parents, several important findings regarding cyberbullying patterns were found. The results showed that 45% of students claimed to have experienced unpleasant actions through digital media, while 25% claimed to have been the perpetrators. The rest stated that they had witnessed online bullying. Therefore, teachers and parents mostly rely on informal supervision of children when using gadgets.
