Sosial eksperimen pada sosial media menunjukkan perilaku prososial masyarakat tergolong rendah. Remaja perlu memiliki perilaku prososial dalam menjalankan tugas perkembangannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas bimbingan kelompok dengan teknik group exercise untuk meningkatkan perilaku prososial siswa. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif menggunakan metode kuasi eksperimen dengan desain pretest-posttest nonequivalent group. Populasi penelitian yaitu siswa kelas X SMA Negeri 10 Kota Bekasi. Sampel penelitian menggunakan randomized sampling dengan ukuran 20 orang (10 orang kelompok eksperimen, dan 10 orang kelompok kontrol). Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji statistika nonparametrik Uji Mann Whitney U Test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat peningkatan perilaku prososial siswa. Hal ini terbukti dengan terdapatnya perbedaan nilai rata-rata post-test antara kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol yang signifikan.
