Srategi Guru Bimbingan Konseling Dalam Eksplorasi dan Pengambilan Keputusan Karir pada Siswa: Systematic Review

Pemilihan karir merupakan tahap penting dalam perkembangan siswa, khususnya di jenjang pendidikan menengah. Guru Bimbingan dan Konseling (BK) memegang peran strategis dalam mendampingi siswa untuk mengeksplorasi potensi diri dan mengambil keputusan karir yang tepat. Kajian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi dan menganalisis secara sistematik berbagai strategi yang digunakan oleh guru BK dalam proses eksplorasi dan pengambilan keputusan karir siswa. Metode yang digunakan adalah Systematic Review berdasarkan protokol PRISMA, dengan menelusuri artikel dari lima basis data utama: Scopus, ERIC, ScienceDirect, Google Scholar, dan Garuda. Kriteria inklusi mencakup studi empiris yang dipublikasikan antara tahun 2014 hingga 2024 dan relevan dengan topik strategi bimbingan karir oleh guru BK. Dari 732 artikel yang ditemukan, sebanyak 36 artikel dipilih setelah melalui proses seleksi dan penilaian kualitas. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa strategi yang paling efektif mencakup konseling individual berbasis solusi, asesmen minat dan bakat, refleksi diri, modul berbasis proyek, serta pemanfaatan teknologi dan pelibatan alumni. Temuan juga menunjukkan bahwa keberhasilan strategi sangat bergantung pada kompetensi guru, dukungan sekolah, serta keterlibatan orang tua. Kajian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi peningkatan layanan BK di sekolah dan membuka peluang penelitian lanjutan untuk mengevaluasi efektivitas strategi jangka panjang serta adaptasi pendekatan berbasis teknologi. Dengan demikian, hasil kajian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi referensi bagi praktisi dan pengambil kebijakan dalam meningkatkan kualitas bimbingan karir di lingkungan pendidikan.
